CanaKeys.com is operated by A&M Caribbean Group SRL (cana.tours), La Altagracia, Dominican Republic. We collect the minimum needed to answer a buyer enquiry: the name, email and notes you type into the tour form. We do not sell data, we do not share it with developers as a lead list, and we do not run advertising trackers on this site.

## What we collect
The tour form collects your name, email address, the goal you select (rent, live, build) and any notes you write. Standard web-server logs record IP address, user agent and requested URL for security and abuse prevention. That is all.

## Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, to prepare a tour route that matches your goal and budget, and to keep a record of the advice given. The legal basis is your request: you asked us to contact you.

## Who sees it
The Cana Keys desk. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data. We share your details with a developer, seller or attorney only when you ask us to progress a specific property, and only to the extent needed to do it.

## How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept while the conversation is active and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted. Server logs rotate within 90 days.

## Your rights
Write to info@cana.tours to see, correct or delete anything we hold about you. We action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm in writing.

## Cookies
This site does not set advertising or profiling cookies. Any storage used is strictly functional — for example remembering the goal you selected while you browse.
