Punta Cana International is PUJ. Santo Domingo, La Romana, Samaná, Santiago, Puerto Plata and Cabo Rojo are different arrival points. Match the code on your ticket before choosing a transfer, even if your final destination is Punta Cana.

Prepare your pickup details

Have your airport code, flight number, travel date, scheduled arrival and exact accommodation ready. For a villa, apartment or gated community, provide the full address and confirm the accessible meeting point. An area name such as Bávaro or Cap Cana is not enough to identify a particular entrance.

State the number of adults and children, large suitcases and any bulky equipment before choosing a vehicle. Request any child seats or accessibility arrangements and obtain confirmation of what can be provided. Share the necessary travel details through the chosen transfer website’s booking or contact channel.

Confirm the complete journey before booking

Check the operator, destination, vehicle arrangement, total price and currency, payment terms and cancellation conditions. Ask about airport meeting instructions, flight delays, included waiting time, tolls, late arrivals and any requested extra stops. Only expressly confirmed services should be treated as included.

For your departure, provide the outbound flight details and agree a pickup time with an appropriate airport arrival margin. Confirm a usable contact and the pickup location. Journey times depend on the airport, exact address, traffic and road conditions; do not treat a general area estimate as a guaranteed flight connection.

Keep your airport ride and property tour separate

Use the airport code on your confirmed flight booking. PUJ is Punta Cana International Airport; SDQ, AZS, LRM, STI, POP and CBJ are different airports. Open the matching transfer website and check whether your exact destination and requested journey are available.
Does an airport transfer include a property tour?
Not by default. Airport transport and property viewings are separate arrangements. Confirm any combined itinerary, stops, waiting time and charges in writing before relying on them.
