What we collect

The tour form collects the contact details, goal, area, budget, timing and notes you choose to provide, together with the public page where you submit it. Source-page records exclude query parameters and fragments. Standard web-server logs may include technical request information for security and abuse prevention.

We count WhatsApp clicks, tour-link clicks and received tour requests by public page. These event records contain no visitor identifier, IP address, form content, query parameters or cross-site profile. A click does not establish that a conversation or booking occurred. Click measurement respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

Why we collect it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a tour route that matches your goal and budget, and keep necessary business records. You provide these details when you ask us to contact you.

Anonymous page-level event counts help us assess which guides lead to contact requests and improve the website. They are not advertising profiles and are not linked to individual enquiry records.

Who sees it

The Cana Keys desk. We do not sell, rent or trade enquiry data. We share your details with a developer, seller or attorney only when you ask us to progress a specific property, and only to the extent needed to do it.

How long we keep it

We retain enquiry records for the ongoing request and necessary business records. Contact info@cana.tours to ask about retention or request deletion; legal record-keeping obligations may affect what can be deleted.

Your rights

Write to info@cana.tours to request access, correction or deletion of information we hold about you. We review requests in light of applicable obligations.
